Commenting on the departure of Neymar from Barcelona to PSG, Jurgen Klopp said that he does not understand how the UEFA allowed such a move. He stated that the Financial Fair Play rules were put into place to prevent such moves and that he does not understand why the French club has not been sanctioned until now.
